No Refunds on Purchases
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any items once an order has been placed and processed.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only accept exchanges in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during delivery. To request an exchange, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@elyamm.com with the following details:

- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the items and packaging
